Without a doubt, the reason why so many voices are heard today is because of the presence of content online which can shared throughout the world with the power of social media mixed into the game. Content is absolutely powerful! It’s the best way to gain followers and get whatever it is you’d like to say or feel, heard even if it’s thousands of miles away. I think it’s pretty cool and amazing how fast and huge the internet has scaled up and transformed to the point wherein businesses just HAVE to be online, because if they aren’t, then they are just playing stupid and missing out big time!
Today, the big guns like McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Famous Athletes and even movie stars turn online and it’s been nothing but a huge success! However, when you say content is king, does that mean any type of content is king? Even if it sucks? Well I’d like to add on to that. Content is definitely content, however to make things even better, add quality. So what happens? Well, the better the quality, the more attraction, the more attention and the more interaction. Today, it’s definitely the quality content which is king.
Now if you’re new to blogging, then don’t worry at all. We’ve all been there. Now what I did at the start is to come up with as much articles as I can. Just fill up your blog. At the start, quantity matters more than quality however quality shouldn’t be ignored. Once you get a good number of blog posts, then you can slow down and build the quality. Now this isn’t a one day overnight success thing. Blogging takes a while. It’s definitely slower than any other paid method out there however, it’s a long run success thing. Once your blog picks up, it will be a long term success, unlike paid methods where you stop paying and the results stop with it.
Anyways, I’ve got a video by one of the most influential people online today, Gary Vaynerchuck. He clearly explains the power of content and how it can transform you and your business online. If you don’t know who he is yet, this is the perfect time to get to know him and his thoughts. He’s a pretty cool dude.
