Artem Russakovskii, journalist at Android Police, revealed the price list of Pixel 7 in the United States on his Twitter account. Citing a trusted source, he assures that this information comes from the internal system of Target Corporation, an American retail company. He attaches a screenshot to his tweet to prove his point.
From a source I trust 💯, here comes Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro US pricing, according to current data in Target’s systems.

According to this leak, Google would not have no intention of revising its prices upwards in the American market. The Pixel 7 range would indeed be sold at a starting price of $599. Last year, the standard Pixel 6 was offered for the same price in the United States. For its part, the Pixel 7 Pro would be marketed at a price of 899 dollars, mirroring the Pixel 6 Pro in 2021. As predicted by previous rumors, Google’s price list remains unchanged.
In the process, the journalist reveals list of colors which will be available. The Pixel 7 would be offered in Snow (white), Obsidian (black) and Lemongrass (lime green) colors. The Pixel 7 Pro would be available in Obsidian (black), Hazel (sage green) and Snow (white) colors.

No tariff increase in Europe?
The absence of a price increase in the United States does not guarantee that Google does not revise its prices in Europe. Indeed, the Mountain View giant could be forced toincrease the price of smartphones sold in European countries, including France.
The American brand may indeed have to pass on the cost of inflation on its consumers. Like all companies, Google is suffering from rising raw material prices and logistics costs. At the same time, the value of the euro against the dollar has contracted sharply in recent months. The European currency has reached its lowest level since its creation in 1999. It even fell below parity with the dollar. To avoid cutting back on its margin, Google could theoretically apply a price increase in Europe.
This is exactly what happened with the iPhone 14. This year, Apple has not raised its prices in the United States. On the other hand, the price of smartphones has exploded on the rise in Europe. In France, the range of iPhone 14 starts above the threshold of 1000 euros. Same story on high-end models: the iPhone 14 Pro starts at 1329 euros, against 1159 euros for the iPhone 13 Pro last year. Unsurprisingly, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, with 1 TB of internal storage, passes the 2000 euro mark.
Opening of pre-orders on October 6
We will be fixed as soon as Thursday, October 6, 2022date of the official presentation of the Pixel 7. During the conference, Google will also unveil the Pixel Watch, its first connected watch, and Pixel Buds Pro, wireless headphones.
According to information gleaned by Artem Russakovskii, Google will open Pixel 7 pre-orders following the presentation conference. Based on data from Target, he estimates that the release in stores is planned October 13, 2022. A previous leak, relayed by the German blog Caschys, rather expects a release on October 18.
Prior to the presentation, Google communicates regularly on its Pixel 7. A teaser video has for example been put online to present all the new products expected on October 6th. The company has also allowed a handful of users to test the Pixel 7 Pro before everyone else. The short video, visible below, shows the reactions of users.
