Google Gets Sonos Import Probe In Wireless Speaker IP Battle (1)

The United States International Trade Commission has voted to determine whether certain Sonos Inc. speaker systems violate a trio of Google SARL patents and are expected to be blocked from domestic sales, the trade body announced Friday.

The investigation could result in products such as Sonos’ Move, Roam, Roam SL, Arc, Beam and One sound systems undergoing design changes or being removed from the US market.
