Technology and talent are top CFO priorities for 2022 and beyond

Tradeshift and CFO Dive conducted an online survey of CFOs and CFOs. The survey was conducted from July 13 to August 3, 2022 with 150 respondents. Participants were experienced finance professionals in companies with global revenues of over $100 million. Commissioning was performed on the Verint survey platform. Demographic data is available upon request.
This new study reveals the challenges CFOs face as they grapple with a set of responsibilities that were previously outside the purview of finance departments. In the study, nearly half of CFOs (45%) said talent acquisition and retention was their top concern. Concerns included rising cost of goods and services (42%) and adoption of technology (39%).
